LEGAL BASES OF THE DRAW

“SANT JORDI: PACK SPECIALS + MOLÍ LA VANSA”

1. ORGANIZING ENTITY

The company SPECIALS FLAVOURS, SL (hereinafter, “SPECIALS” or the “ Company ”), with address at c/ Saragossa 36, ​​08006 – Barcelona, ​​with NIF B67689703, announces, in order to promote its products, the “ SANT ” raffle. JORDI: PACK SPECIALS + MOLÍ LA VANSA ” (hereinafter, the “ Sweepstakes ”) of a national scope, to be carried out through the Internet, in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

2. START DATE AND END DATE

The participation period will begin on April 17, 2023 and will close at 9 p.m. on April 23, 2023. Participations made outside the indicated period will not be taken into account.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND DRAW MECHANICS

Participation in this Draw implies unconditional acceptance and respect for the provisions of these Legal Bases. The participation requirements will be the following:

• Those people who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age may participate.
• Participants must be holders of a valid email and Instagram account.

4. PRIZE

Once the Sweepstakes participation period has ended, among all Participants, the Company will randomly choose a winner, among whom the prize consisting of:

• A Specials pack consisting of four different spice mixes.
• Two nights for two people at the Molí La Vansa rural house ( https://www.molilavansa.com/ ), located in Boada, Lleida, Spain.

Both the winner and whoever he chooses as a companion must be over 18 years of age.

Not included are all unspecified services, such as travel or meals, which will be the responsibility of the winner.

The dates to be chosen will be subject to availability of the rural house, and the two nights for two people must be enjoyed before April 23, 2024.

5. DRAW RESOLUTION

The selection of the winners will be carried out randomly through the AppSorteos or similar platform, which guarantees the transparency of the result of the draw and whose result will be unalterable by the organizer of the Draw.

The Company will contact the winner either via Instagram direct message or via email, in order to formally notify the winner of the prize and specify the procedure to make it effective.

In turn, the Company reserves the right to publish the name/username of the Sweepstakes winner on its social networks and on its own website, as well as on the rural house's Instagram profile.

In this sense, the Company reserves the right to request the winner to provide personal data that is reasonably necessary for the satisfaction of the prize. The winner's refusal to provide said personal data, if this would objectively make it impossible to effectively achieve the prize, will imply the winner's loss of the right to the prize. Likewise, the winner who does not comply with the requirements stipulated in these Legal Bases will not have the right to receive the prize.

6. LIMITATIONS

If it is evident that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Sweepstakes.

In turn, any attempt to hinder the proper development of the Sweepstakes, whether by human intervention or by means of an automaton, will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and his/her candidacy will be cancelled.

The prize awarded will not be transferable nor subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product.
