Crispy Spark Salmon Rolls
A great recipe to impress at Christmas and at all the parties you have at home, and with very little fuss.

Crispy Spark
Smoked salmon
Cream cheese
Pickles
- In a bowl, add the cream cheese and mix it with a teaspoon of Crispy Spark.
- We chop some pickles, mix them with the cream cheese, and put it in a pastry bag.
- We stretch out a piece of plastic wrap, spread the smoked salmon on top, and with the pastry bag, we put cream cheese on top.
- We carefully close it as if it were a cannelloni.
- We remove the film and cut into portions.
- We plate it and decorate it with a little cut pickle on top and a touch of Crispy Spark.
